This modification fixes profile tags bug.

Bug occurs when you enter new tags on "Profile Edit" form and save your profile. Profile tags will not be rebuilt after profile was saved.

In attached instructions there is code that you have to insert in profile_edit.php file. After you insert this code to profile_edit.php file all new profile edits will rebuild profile tags.

But only new profile edits will rebuild profile tags. This means that profile tags will not be rebuilt until user edit his profile. That's why I added tags_rebuilder.php script to attached archive. This script will rebuild tags of all profiles on your site.
